What is Soft Play?
Soft Play is a play area designed for crawlers and children up to age 5 that utilizes soft foam equipment to provide a safe and fun environment. Not only are our play areas safe, but they will keep your little ones entertained for hours on end! Most of our soft play areas include ball pits, bounce houses, builder blocks, and so much more! Our equipment is cleaned and sanitized before and after each use.
Do you set up Soft Play outdoors? What happens if it rains?
Yes, as long as weather permits, we set up on most surfaces! For our Soft Play rentals, we can set up for outdoor parties on grass, concrete, and turf. To ensure the safety of our little ones, unfortunately, we cannot accommodate uneven surfaces. To protect the longevity of our equipment, we will not set up on dirt or gravel, as it may damage the Soft Play equipment.
If there is any percentage of rain on the day of your event, we will not set up outdoors. We require that the soft play area be set up indoors. You may also choose to reschedule your soft play package for another day, as your retainer is valid for up to one year from your original event date.
How long are rentals? Can I add extra time?
Party Rentals (Marquee Numbers, Backdrops) are full-day rentals, and will typically be picked up the next day.
Soft Play Rentals are four hours, beginning at your event start time, and additional time may be added for $50 per hour. We will set up your Playland Package 1-2 hours prior to your event start time.
Do you charge for delivery?
We do not charge for any delivery within 10 miles of our storage facility (Eastvale, CA). Every additional mile outside of our 10-mile radius will be charged a flat rate of $1.25 per mile. We service Eastvale, CA and surrounding areas.
How do I book?
The best method of booking your rental is by visiting our Contact page and filling out the inquiry form. One of our team members will respond to you shortly and complete your booking. Your booking is NOT completed until a team member confirms the date for your event. What methods of payment do you accept?
We are currently accepting payment through Zelle. We can only accept cash payment for your remaining balance, once any necessary retainers have been paid through Zelle.
Do you require retainers?
Yes, but only for our Soft Play Rentals. We require a $50 retainer to secure your booking date. On the day of your event, this retainer will be applied towards your remaining balance. In addition, a refundable cleaning retainer of $100 will be charged and will be refunded only upon verification that our equipment is not damaged, missing, or excessively dirty.
What if I need to cancel / change my Soft Play booking date?
We understand that things outside of our control happen all the time. If you placed a retainer to secure your date, we will allow up to one year from your original date to select a new date for your event.
